The equipment is top-notch, with a well-curated selection of machines that target every muscle group and meet all fitness levels. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to offer guidance when needed. The gym’s location is also fantastic—convenient and easy to get to! The cherry on top is that most of the cardio machines have games which makes the dreadful session go so much quicker. "Heavyset gym was the change that I needed. From the moment I came on opening day the (owners) Roman and his wife were the nicest genuine gym owners I have ever met so down to earth. Chloe (Manager) is one of the sweetest easiest to talk to individual I have ever met. And if you’re looking for the best equipment Heavyset has a range from top tear weightlifting machines and dumbbells to cardio and a dedicated glute section. To be honest make the change."

"An insane gym in the heart of Lilydale! Absolutely thrilled to have heavy set as my local gym. Even if it wasn’t local, I’d travel!! Nass & Roman have gone above and beyond to ensure their clients (family) have everything we need not to mention all the thoughtful touches making visiting Heavy Set feel like a luxury. Chloe on the front desk is fantastic and is always so welcoming and open to helping me out when needed. The coaches are so experienced, kind and considerate. Absolutely adore everyone at heavy set and am so thankful to have a supportive community close by."
